Our helmet are mainly made of two materials :

1. Shell : PC

2. Inner : EPS foam

We use mold injection technique to melt two layer together during injection process in mold , it is perfect joint , edge is sharp and surface is smooth .

It is a professional making method .

not those like hand-made one just stick with glue smell bad , and always loose during usage .
